当前位置:首页 >> 公司相关We’ve been really busy lately, so we’ll skip the formal ceremony. Let’s keep this quick—about 5 to 6 minutes—right here at our workstations.
This is our new colleague,YHQ. Let’s give her a warm welcome!
YHQ, please give a brief self-introduction—about 30 seconds.
Great. This is our Deputy General Manager, this is the Purchasing Manager, and these are your colleagues in the Purchasing Department.
XM, please help her complete the onboarding procedures when you have time. She can sit next to you for now—we’ll finalize the seating arrangement together. XM will be her mentor.
Onboarding items: Non-disclosure agreement, probationary employment contract, and timecard system setup.
Now, I’d like to share a few quick thoughts with everyone:
Company culture matters. Work isn’t just about income; it’s also about feeling good. Let’s start with me—let’s communicate calmly and respectfully. I don’t want our new colleague scared off by any arguments.
Everyone here is a partner in our business, not just an employee. I hope we all set long-term goals and build lasting partnerships. Our company’s success depends on every one of you. This isn’t empty talk. Right now, we share profits with the team—long-tenured colleagues know this firsthand. Next, we’ll roll out a formal equity incentive system with clear entry and exit mechanisms.
Long-term partnership is my core belief. We may face challenges ahead, but I promise we’ll always guarantee your basic compensation during tough times. When we do well, we share the rewards—no empty promises. We back this up with real benefits, including monthly bonuses. Everyone will get one this month. Rewards are immediate: monthly bonuses are paid out monthly, annual incentives are distributed annually. We don’t just talk about “future big gains.” I believe in mutual respect—when we treat you like partners, you’ll treat the business like your own.
Finally, a quote from Japanese entrepreneur Kazuo Inamori: “We don’t persist because we see hope; we see hope because we persist. We don’t believe because it’s possible; it becomes possible because we believe.”
My take: Our company exists today because we persisted. For the future, we must first believe in our success to make it real. If we don’t believe in a bright future, there’s no chance of achieving it. That’s why our team is mostly young people—they’re more open to believing. This isn’t hype; it’s my genuine conviction. I’ll prove it through actions, not words. Only belief makes possibility.
One last thing from me: Success and glory belong to those who stay with us until the end, and to everyone who has sincerely contributed to our company. As the leader, I’m always grateful. Thank you for your hard work—to those who’ve been with us all along, and to everyone who’s ever given their best. As I said in our last meeting: I want you to be proud to have worked at sumtrol.
Alright, let’s get back to work.
