New Year's Message-Stay committed to long-term value

The company has been established for more than 13 years. Along the way, we have faced many difficulties and

challenges, but we persevered through them. I also have many reflections I would like to share with everyone.

Small and micro enterprises must devote a great deal of time and energy to company planning, execution, and

strategic direction.

There is still much room for technological improvement. More importantly, we need focus, persistence, and the

ability to seize opportunities. We must move toward our goals every single day.

As a technology-driven company like Yunnan Senchuang, deeply immersed in the AI wave, where new technologies

are constantly emerging, each of us must learn as quickly as possible. Wasting time means losing opportunities.

We should neither become complacent nor limit ourselves with a narrow mindset. At the same time, we should

not be overly anxious or worried. Only through disciplined and methodical effort

can we achieve real results.

Keep a righteous heart and believe in long-term value. When doing self-media, never underestimate your readers.

When running a company, never underestimate your customers. Truth is invincible.

After enduring countless challenges, we must stay true to ourselves and uphold our values.

Direction is strategy; execution and communication are tactics. If the direction is correct, it is okay to move

a little slower.

Making money for one year may involve luck. Sustained profitability, however, tests a company’s brand

(trustworthiness), foresight, cohesion, and execution capabilities. It is not easy.

Always act with long-term interests in mind. It may be slower, but it prevents planting hidden risks for the

company.

Sometimes we may not make money in a given year, but accumulating customers and building reputation is

still meaningful progress—it sows seeds of hope for the future.

Even with the right goals, persistence is essential. Do not give up easily during difficult times. Only then can

we secure our own place when success comes. This is not easy to achieve.

No matter what we do, we must maintain long-term focus and make small, positive contributions toward our

grand goals every day—whether it is technological progress, meeting one more customer,

or delivering excellent after-sales service. Believe in the power of persistence and the value of time.
